The worst thing about mainstream cartoons nowdays is that they are cheap, made quckly which makes them have both crappy visuals and plot. And they treat their target audienc like a idiots. There is no money put in them, so there is no risk and actual talent involved in their production. Even the 1st season of Dragon Prince looked like a Powerpoint Presentation in few places.
