Yea, like I said it's just approaching the point of maximum believability while still clearly being exaggerated for any normal girl to have. Which would definitely make it great for either a teenaged Elise getting hers grown larger during a mission, or Hortense seeing her rear dramatically increase beyond the capacity of her booty shorts. As for favorite characters, would probably say Elise given she had the most presence. But Hortense was still nice since she's one of the few people Dan was pretty friendly with.

I initially wrote this off as a Bimbo fucking her way to the top as well.
But look at her other actions. She's the one who bails Dan out in Burgerphile by getting the media involved, which is what saves Dan and also leads to her meeting Jerry.
Secondly, we see in a couple scenes she not only carries herself like a professional, but she speaks the part, talking very intelligently. And she has been cleaning up the restaurant staff every since. She's individually visting branchs to whip the staff into shape, and it's mentioned several times in Wedding she's massively boosted the profits of the company and has gotten the staff better.
That's not the sign of a dumb bimbo that fucked her way to the top. That's an intelligent girl who's pulling the right people in her sphere of influence, knows the biggest problem in the company is the terrible ground floor level conditions (see Dan Vs Burgerphile), and is fixing them.
Again, with no high school education, no connections to start with, in her mid teen year, and her man is a few years away from death thus securing her total power.

Say, a rival chain(Burger Bonanza) is getting a bit too successful. She knows where Dan lives, she knows how touchy he is, so she can simply bait him into going after the rival, watch him destroy the place, and allow Elise to clear up any evidence, thus leaving her company all the stronger and her hands completely clean, not to mention Dan still free and ready to do it again.
Say, didn't Dan destroy Burger Bonanza once for vague reasons in Season 3, their biggest rival? Sure is good luck for Burgerphile isn't it?
