The reallity created by everyone remembering all the PreNew52 stuff "overides" their deaths, If X happening creates Y rather than erasing Y and have all the paradox of X happening without it's consequences metawise it's easier to just make X not happen, so basically instead of dying and being brought back to life they straight up never died and Wally never killed them. Morrison did something similar if one of his books in Marvel It's basically to unfuck Wally
