Because it isn't

I dunno

Dunno, maybe the voice actors weren’t as iconic? Not to say they weren’t good because they definitely were.

Only ever saw a couple episodes so can't really attest to the quality of the writing of anything but visually it looked like complete shit compared to BTAS which was a visual masterpiece.

Cuz it literally was toy-selling show Brave and the Bold was making fun of

The last season is what I wish the show had been from the beginning, though we pretty much got that but better with BATB

I love this series. I want a UK version of this shit so I can watch DC series

Quality of writing wasn't nearly as good
Didn't have Andrea Romano as voice director

>Most fun Joker of any of the shows, more crazy than edgy for once.
>No Harley Quinn for the coomers, only a minor role in two episodes.
>No gimp suit for Catwoman, instead wears a comfy hoody.
>Arguably the best Batgirl debut episode in animation.
>Batman vs Dracula movie was kino
Most hate for the show comes from the reinterpretation of the characters in drastically different ways from the comics. The traits of the villain's are brought to their visual extremes.

The Batman (2004) operates as more of a "monster of the week" show than a typical capeshit show. It's a shame more people can't appreicate that and keep crying about muh sad back stories and lack of seriousness. If Batman was serious he'd kill the Joker. Capeshit and comcibook fags can see their way out.

And which one got cancelled? Enjoy your Scooby Doo crossover, pleb.

Is it in one universe as Teen Titans?

>REEE BATMAN ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE SERIOUS
>B-BUT CROSSING OVER WITH SCOOBY DOO IS GAY
fag

Can't remember

woah you managed to fit in so many Zig Forums buzzwords into one post. epic.

the batman was also canceled you fuck

Are you really going to watch the Scooby Doo crossover, nigga?

If not, then realize there's a difference between being high-octane fun and just being a dumb show for kiddies. Figure out which show is which.

fuck off retard

Kino but its been done better before. It doesn't make up for 90% of the show being Batman pairing up with la new iteral who's to fight literal whats.

If you think Brave and the Bold is just a dumb show for kids you're retarded.

>literal whos
>likes the show with fucking tremblor and the kaibuki twins

Why is there always a guy with hot takes like "Oh you know how everyone thinks Show A is better than Show B? Well they're all idiots and simpletons because Show B is better" who attaches pictures of his waifu from that show to every one of his posts? I feel like I've seen this a hundred times. Is there a name for this type of creature? Or is it some sort of technique they teach you at Shitposting Academy?

>Hating the kabuki twins
>This plebian
Brave is essentially "Batman and Friends". Batman 2004 reinvents some of the core Batman elements but it doesn't take the attention away from fucking Batman lol. Maybe it's just in a pleb's nature to like Batman's utility belt having the answer to everything, but this time its in the form of guest-stars. Zzz

At the time it aired people had a tendency to nitpick and complain that it wasn’t BTAS.

It certainly wasn’t perfect, but I’d say it’s underrated by general bat fans.

1st season had some good Alfred moments, Firefly was cool af, I really liked Kevin Michael Richardson’s performance as Joker, and a lot of the other cast was really fun too.

Also Babs a cute.

Because the creators of B:TAS had a keen understanding of what batman’s core appeal is, digging through the batman canon all the way Down To the natural influences Of Capet crusader to inform their work

On a personal level, b:TAS continues to remind me of how amazing the medium of illustration can be, the only thing that comes close to its effect on me is over the garden wall (which I recommend you watch )

>People arguing on my imageboard?
>Still not use to it
Lurk moar then? Also:
>muh waifu
I just think the 2004 Catwoman is neat. Don't you?

I don’t know

I mean look at how cute and busty the chicks are

Also Hyndan’s Harley > Tara’s Harley by leaps and bounds

Attached: harley.jpg (640x480, 28.57K)

I was a fan when I watched it as a kid and got butthurt when Brave and the Bold came out.
Brave and the Bold grew on me though amd I remember it more now than OPs pic.

Hynden's voice is definitely better but harley was there for 2 episodes only

>I just want to kill my previous boss
Can relate.

It is literally more memorable than BTAS. BTAS only gets around by name and word of mouth. All I see is you oldfags saying it's kino and objectively better than anything else. But I can hear the same shit about any fucking garbage in any thread, on any board. Most people nowa days have probably watch and remember more of TB than BTAS. I rewatched BTAS and TNBA just recently and honesly can only remember like 4-5 episodes, while I can remember like 3 times that in TB.

It will always get compared to B:TAS which is a hard act to follow. It's better to stand out than be indistinguishable. It's a unique experience compared to the capeshit everyone complains about.

It was more than just another pretty face but it was still damn pretty.

Attached: 2.png (801x601, 349.18K)

It was good but it had really stiff competition compared to the other Batman shows. It's at least better remembered than Beware the Batman.

The detectives were the best part for me... which is a problem.
The one being mentally raped by Joker and then sprayed with not-acid scared me as a child.
The ambiguity of Joker gas killing people was a little unsettling too.
It felt like when it and the old Spider-man cartoons stopped airing, that was it for half decent comic book cartoons.
>The Batman (2004) operates as more of a "monster of the week" show than a typical capeshit show.
I thought typical capeshit was monster of the week. The Batman did some serial attempts I think closer to the end of its run or at least the whole clayface thing was an ongoing storyline even if no-one else changed.
