Dante has time stop of his own through Bangle of Time and Quicksilver. He has a wider variety of weapons and has more experience. He literally has pure hax and ontop of that a ridiculous healing factor, stamina, and damage output (remember when he casually blocked The Savior's massive punch). Also if Devil Trigger wasn't OP enough now he has Sin Devil Trigger. He's probably far far fucking faster too if he scales to Vergil. It's arguable that Bayo has a better strength feat but Dante is just SOOO much stronger its ridiculous.

Literally zero. Gwen has basically the same physical strength as a character like fully Venomed Bane with comparable maneuverability to Babs, better reaction speed and precog on top. There is litterally no way that Babs can win.
