Possibly but you'd have to wade through a mile of bullshit to find the actual myths and folklore. Heck all I can think of is a Grootslang, which is a Cobra/Elephant Hybrid that God decided was too OP to keep on this earth so it pulled it apart to make Cobras and Elephants. Except for the one that got away and is still causing trouble to this day.
