I don't like how the main girl and main guy always become an item, no matter how bad their chemistry may be.
Samuel Cox
>Invader Zim Dibs dad created a perpetual energy machine he wasn't struggling to put food on the table. He could of easily made more time for the family, he could do pretty much anything he wanted.
Colton Evans
user we aren't in the 90's anymore, the economy sucks. Like it always has
May these episodes teach children a lesson in the evils of capitalism and how it dehumanizes us all into providing labor for another man until we die, never being able to stop out of fear of losing basic human needs like shelter or food.
Adrian Foster
Has anyone ever invented a humanizing ideology that worked?
Dominic Smith
I believe it's called "Law of the Jungle". If you can't survive, you weren't destined to live.
Oliver Morris
Has talking armor ever been a thing? Kill la Kill is the closest thing I can think of
Sebastian Cooper
>you should just plan for the economy to be crashed every 10 years over a "once in a lifetime crisis that nobody could every have done anything to prevent!" okay boomer
James Allen
That's retarded, considering how mankind has only evolved to this point through group survival.
Lincoln Price
>The strong female character puts down the male characters all the time and acts superior and bitchy.
Spider Gwen was a breath of fresh air. Competent and cool without the desire to be mean to Miles and treat him like a dumbass.
>modern superheroes for kids are all kids themselves in cartoons and positive male roles models that are adults do not exist without looking at older cartoons or comics.
I'm trying my hardest to make sure my son sees positive male roll models. Ironically old Disney movies have the best Chads.
>character morals are driven by plot, not consistency.
I'll never forget the Star Wars Clone Wars episode where Anakin and Asoka are running from some bad guys and 3 clones die and Anakin doesn't glance in their direction once. One fell of a cliff and screamed to their death, two shot, etc. Whcih is fine it's normal in war to shove down emotions. Someone even says they have to keep moving and can't stop. Then later their Jedi ally dies and they stop in the middle of being chased to hold him and say good bye. Seemed reeeally awkward to me they did that with the two clones out of five standing behind watching. It must have looked like a strange Jedi tradition they didn't understand since the clones themselves were told to leave their dying in the mud.

Yeah. I miss the Soviet Union too.

fucking this. why the fuck did my sister had a second kid when she was struggling with 1? she knows we live in a fucking economic dystopia, we talked about it after her first kid, she even said she was lucky after she had a miscarriage, but then she goes and has another baby anyways. now she and her kids are living like shit even after I keep giving her money and she is all stressed because she has no time to work or for herself. and no, i can say it without doubt, all those "happy moments" that you have with the kid are not worth the hell you go trough rising them.
Luis Ramirez
>how it dehumanizes us all into providing labor for another man until we die, never being able to stop out of fear of losing basic human needs like shelter or food.
I mean it’s either that or we all just slave at the same rate to get the same shit food
Unless you want to go even further back and have to hunt and provide for your own little social unit, in which case yes.
Wakfu does that some, but it's still mainly weapons. Remington Smisse has a Shushu glove, Ombrage is a ring. Anathar was a cape. There are other shushu items in the Dofus game. As well as other versions in the Dofus show/movie, such as Luis the shushu house.

I guess it depends on how much you'rr willing to sacrifice for the benefit of others. Homosapiens survived best in groups, but groups had to slow down because people were too sick or too old to keep up, effort was needed to help those that couldn't benefit the group as much. But imagine the government collapses, who's gonna take care of the terminal patients, the old and brittle, those that need urgent advanced medical care, etc, in a world where you can't trust the rest of society to look out for you?
Noah Myers
Capitalism isn’t the issue. The issue is that our work schedule is meant for 19th century factory workers. That’s why there’s been such a huge push for remote work and a four day work week.
Blake Myers
Wrong. Pur ancestors had kids through famon, death, war, starvation. If you refuse to have kids because your life isn't 100% perfect you disgrace your ancestors who had 9 kids and only 4 survived to adulthood so one could die in a war. Life is hard. It will always be hard. Who do you think were having kids during WWII during the bombings and hardships of war? What if they took your advice? You exist today only because your ancestors resiliency.
Jason Walker
>Somehow this makes him the bad guy No you dumb fuck, it's a situation he can't avoid because the alternative is homelessness for his family.
We also banished, killed, or threw stones at those who the tribe didn't like. People with social anxiety have left overs from the days of survival meant the tribe likes you and keeps you in the tribe
David Sanders
I don't plan to. Being an uncle is pretty cool sometimes though.
it has been over 10 years where it has been almost impossible to rise a kid, and you can vote and protest as much as you want, vote left or right will not fix a single thing, specially now that most laws for the past years has been made to help corporations and make life harder for anyone under the 100k annual salary mark and will take long before the bureaucracy will allow anything to make the non rich life any easier. Is not their fault that the world is like this right now, but there is nothing you can do to help it and bringing a kid into this world is just pure cruelty.
Robert Jenkins
That’s nice. I don’t believe in making someone suffer just because I suffered. Getting peer pressured by dead people is stupid.
Leo Hughes
That's what he's saying retard. Fathers that are absent, not of their own choice, but to support the family, are demonized.
Ryder Martinez
Sounds like the problem is she is a working mom. Ask her to look up the cost of day cares vs what she is giving from her paycheck. Me and my SO decided to do the one working adult thing because she was furious her entire paycheck from a good paying job would go to paying another woman to raise her child. We would have the same exact income daycare or stay at home mom, so she became a stay at home mom.
Jayden Flores
You're a living being, and all living beings first primary objective is to keep their race alive. If you wanna let millions of years of evolution, history, and effort end at your family line, you're free to do so. I'm sure the first homosapiens didn't exactly have the best living conditions, or healthcare, but who knows. Maybe God blessed them with prefabricated hypodermic needles of antibiotics or something.
Joseph Brown
This. Dodgeball was the reason I got excited for gym as a kid.
sadly she and her boyfriend are teachers, they can't afford a day care. i think their idea was to use her school as daycare but with the pandemic it has been impossible.
Benjamin Cooper
>but there is nothing you can do to help your doing nothing is very profitable to those who make things bad like this. take your fatalism and shove it. things can be done, just a bunch of morons are emotionally invested in never changing anything because "muh legacy!"
Nathan Collins
a good person can do a lot of things, shame we have more people criticizing others on how to be good rather than simply living it.
I dont care then. Leftist views are directly linked to less children and since you've let the brainwashing by ((them)) infect you, you are obviously too dumb to be worth passing on your genes. Conservative views are directly linked to more children. Simple selective breeding means leftists are going to be a endangered ideology soon. You will die with history and be forgotten while my descendants are alive after the last building has crumbled and the world has long forgotten us. There is a statue that found in the wilderness of a man describing how he was a ruler of land he conquered far and wide. No one has any idea who he is and the statue is the only remaining sign he ever existed. Humanity's future descendants are the only thing that will last that will be ours.
Michael Nelson
>You're a living being
I’m me.
>and all living beings first primary objective is to keep their race alive.
Besides the 15% who prefer not to.
>If you wanna let millions of years of evolution, history, and effort end at your family line, you're free to do so.
Yes.
>I'm sure the first homosapiens didn't exactly have the best living conditions, or healthcare, but who knows.
Good for them.
>Maybe God blessed them with prefabricated hypodermic needles of antibiotics or something.
I don’t understand what me having preferences has to do with you doing as you please.
Henry Bailey
Stupid people have the most kids on average friend. They can’t think beyond basic instinct and impulse. The fact that you’re here on Zig Forums arguing with random people who disagree with you instead of wrangling toddlers tells me you don’t believe your own memes.
Carson Gomez
I have your solution. Eat the rich. The world needs a good old fashioned peasant uprising.
Adrian Murphy
Basically what my wife and I did, she works part time from home so we don't need to do daycare. The fact that daycare effectively eats up an entire grown adult's salary is insane, borderline criminal. Particularly since that money doesn't really go into the pocket of the person taking care of your kid.
What another user said though: if you can't juggle being a dad with work (for whatever circumstance), you probably just shouldn't have kids. I travel from time to time for work and it sucks, but I basically gave up any of my hobbies to spend more time with my son when I wasn't traveling or when I got home from work in the evenings. Worth it - there's nothing like raising literally your best friend.
Landon Taylor
Why would you want to kill them? It would be much worse for them if you make them poor.
