this is something that has plagued my mind for some time as well; Anime, to some extent, has kept their general idea of how to draw a human the same, even in the more silly animes like One Piece. Then there are American Cartoons who have to draw every other cartoon almost completely fucking retarded.
Look at Batman, Superman, Static, Justice League and even the Green Lantern Series (TAS btw), have all kept that human appearance. Even with Marvel, the last few, sure they drew them a bit lankier but at least they kept the general idea.
Then Fox, CN, Disney and Nick are like, "How jankie cany we make this fucker?" and this is why I can't watch some shit.
