It was fun, but it definitely had that forced gay thing going on. Which isn't bad, but just forcing relationships so hard makes it ennh and more unbearable to watch. Butt-witch and big deal had good chemistry, and the guy friend was a much more interesting and thought out character than anyone else. Give it another season, I'm sure it could've gotten a stronger identity away from SU or AT.

I don't really thought Reggie being gay was forced. I felt it was organic, at least relative to other stuff, and that it tied in with her being emotionally stunted.

I don't really feel that her being gay or romantically involved, at all, really contributed much to the overall story. At least for the one and only season we got. I'm curious, what do you mean it was relative to other stuff cause maybe I'm forgetting something.

But whatever the case, I felt that she was already dealing with her own demons which was, well, growing up and maybe her realizing she's gay is a part of that sure. But I was also mostly referring to the fact of it being forced in that many other shows in that style also seem to just make everyone gay just cause it's trendy and maybe a woke thing to do.
