Au contraire. Doug is cozy, off the wall goofiness that was unheard of in 1990, with a truly unique sound. One of my favorites even if Doug is kind of a weenie. Hey Arnold is a super sweet show that was hindered by coming out WAY too late for its ideal sweet spot airing year (and bartlett had been doing arnold shit for MANY years so that's kinda sad) and by having massively unappealing art and character names. It looked corny, so I skipped it. Turns out I was wrong, it's good shit. Same exact deal as Phineas and Ferb. Took forever to come out, art and clothes look stupid, turns out it's great.
