A new Christmas special marks the last episode of 2020 and the last before an undetermined hiatus. This week, we get to explore Scrooge's hatred of Santa. Hopefully Santa brings us the gift of a solid episode
We're in the homestretch here, at most 6 episodes of the season (and likely the series) come after this hiatus, and we might soon hear about future plans for duck content, Ducktales 2017 based or not.

So these guys won't show up
We have 6 episodes left likely and probably not until the last 3 does it become fully based on the endgame plot so they will fit them in
Wasn't there supposed to be an episode where launchpad takes the kids to an island of monsters? That will probably be both tailspin and wuzzles
Launchpad is still a part of the main cast? I just assumed he won’t show up again until the finale after the Darkwing episode.
I read a synopsis of an episode where he takes the kids to a monster island
If Launchpad is appearing again before the finale it's today's episode
Wait, is this show not getting a fourth season?
No
And 3 cabs isn't getting a 2nd. They are doing a kingdom hearts tv show and a dudeweed dank show
At the end we both got shafted, sorry cabsbros...
To explain more clearly what means, it's not confirmed that this is the last season but people moved on and it's being hinted as such, and anyone following knows this is it
Everyone was expecting it to get a Darkwing spinoff based off the DT17 version. And then news reports came out Darkwing is getting a reboot... hemmed by Seth Rogan with no relation to this show. So that means it's the end of the line for this
Also Kingdom Hearts is a rumor right now and there's no solid backing to it happening
They will probably get a few minutes in the background of an episode like the Rescue Rangers.
It's incredibly rare for Disney to ever give a show a 4th season. And the last two times they did it it was a disaster that cost them more than it brought in. I kind of doubt they are going to make the same mistake a third time.
There's Star Vs and which other one?
Isn't the Mickey-verse Santa human?
Disney never really wants to greenlight anything beyond a third season of a show since that means pay raises for the crew and renegotiating of contracts. Everything is based on building up to a 3 season set and then using that for syndication forever after, which is why a 4th is significant and calls for updating contracts for everyone involved. Normally they will rebrand a show to something else and give it a slightly altered title before they will allow a season 4 to happen. This is how they get around these issues with the Marvel tie-in series. Also why there are things like multiple Spider-Man shows on the channel. As well as Phineas and Ferb being cancelled despite being popular and still bringing in money for the channel.
Plus Star Vs and Rebels lost revenue in their 4th seasons and ended up costing more to produce than they brought back in so now Disney is likely to not allow a 4th season of anything for the next several years.
Phineas and Ferb
Which also means that all the directors and producers that murdere4d the last season of Star Vs, were actually paid much higher than guild norms for doing it. which is also what contributed to Disney never reshowing the series at all on the on air channels and Disney Plus for the longest time. Disney Now only has season 2 available.
I suppose that raises the question of whether or not there will be spin-offs of DuckTales. It seems they’ve lost Darkwing and they can’t do Rescue Rangers, but I suppose they could do a TaleSpin reboot?
Phineas and Ferb just feels like the same shit every episode every season so
wait I was wrong. I saw a synopsis of a future episode off itunes from vol 6 and it said della, huey, and dewey get a showboating pilot to take them to an island full of monsters.
quackkkkkkk
mega?
We don’t know yet that we’ll get a second season of Cabs. Maybe next year they are preparing it for us as a surprise.
hahahahahahaha
HAHAHAHAHAHA
God I wish but I know they fucked it over for life and it hurts everyday. We need to spread it more even if 13 episodes is it
Come back around 3 hours or so
Is that today's episode?
>Polar bear Santa
I think that's the first time I've ever seen that. Kudos.

It can be seen that Disney is very stingy and acts like Scrooge from the early Barks comics, but it is the fourth season since SVFOE was disastrous, but it is not the first time that Disney has not allowed their series to win four seasons. Before Phineas & Ferb, the only series to win four seasons were Adventures of Gummy Bears, OG Ducktales and Timon & Pumbaa. The fifth season so far is the only one to have Mickey Mouse Cartoons by Paul Rudish, at least as far as I know.
Of course yes, only in Nu-Ducktales where there are no humans, so they all look like animals. In Mickey’s and Donald’s universe, Santa Claus is always portrayed as human or as human with a dog’s nose.
>Violet and her test subject share a bed
>we might, finally, get some sisterly bonding without Webby in the picture and a look at their home life
I don’t know what this episode will be like, but I guess it will be boring and it won’t be any better than the First Adventures episode. Either way, the third season turned out to be worse than the previous two, they even admitted on Ducktales Reddit. They feel the problems around DT17’s third season are too many character additions, both old and new, with little focus on Huey, given his season, as well as the flanderization of the main characters.
I haven't seen the episode myself, but I'm pretty sure this is just a super brief scene -- probably part of a montage in which everyone's receiving their gifts. And with six episodes left (and this being the final season for certain), I highly doubt we'll ever see any sisterly bonding.
>going on reddit
of course redditors hate ducktales
They don’t like OG Ducktales and really like Ducktales reboot.
