Some browsers will automatically kill and remove Flash sometime in December, meaning that a lot of sites that support Flash will still exist, it's just that your browser can't run them. However, they are some backups and alternatives and as long as you don't update your browser you should still be able to run Flash.

Adobe dropped its support of Flash a while ago so I don't think they'll remove it, it's the browser's job to do that.

I'm actually wondering how this will effect places like homestuck or other comics that use flash in their updates. Are the creators just gonna say 'fuck it' and leave a shitton of busted pages on their site, or are they gonna do the no doubt agonizing work of redoing the animations in whatever format replaces flash?
