They didn't actually get moon level for Luffy, just really large island. The only mention of the moon was speculation as to how strong 8 gates Lee would be. Their rationale was that 8 gates Lee could kill Sanji if he landed a hit, but he was probably not going to land that hit.

I think the problem is there’s not a lot of characters who could thematically battle Asura, and it’s not a popular game for most people. It would be one of the easiest research the team could do though since it’s only one game

technically broly destroyed 1/4 of a galaxy and that was at a lower power than his current iteration, so im not confident they will give it to hulk- though personally i still hulk particularly when you take devil hulk into account. it would depend on if you can count ki/energy blasts as a type of radiation, i think

Eh we had many matches where someone came back so Beerus isn't totally off the table. Very unlikely for next season though but it is probably the best actual match for Asura theme wise.
