Neither King or Saitama are assholes though. Which means that Butcher would treat them how he treats Super Duper. That is, he thinks they're complete retards for not being assholes but is otherwise happy that he doesn't need to deal with them so he can focus on every other hero in existence.
However, assuming that King works for Vought, Butcher probably makes a plan (or more accurately, plans to jump out of a van with a crowbar) to kill him if he steps out of line, which never happens.

But Saitama has a terrible reputation. Except for his entourage and a couple of admirers everybody thinks he's either a fake or a dangerously inconsiderate asshole.

You're assuming Butcher would have the perspective of the whole situation that a reader has, but honestly from the moment he started to get known with the meteor fiasco he would have targeted him.

Hughie's bullshit luck and Saitama's bullshit invincibility would collide and they would just kind of bounce off each other while Butcher looks on confused.

And Supes have good reputations but they know a way to get the real story

The Boys in general just keep tabs on them and use blackmail to curb their worse excesses. Sometimes they find themselves in a position where they have to fight for their lives and there they don't have much reservation about killing a supe or two. only their leader Butcher has expressed "they're all cunts so fuck them" sentiments, she secretly wishes he could wipe them all.

I think the more important question is how would King fare? Or Mumen rider?
Since King is constantly hunted, and Mumen is just a small guy trying to do right.
Honestly I think the boys might love Mumen but they'll tear him down saying he's a drop in the bucket compared to all the other crimes. He's barely doing anything and he should quit. But Mumen persists because he's just a good guy.

I cant remember if it was confirmed that Butcher killed off Super Duper, but with how he treated Love Sausage I would say there's no way Butcher let them live.

He'd kill homelander and evil supes intentionally within minutes of meeting them but the media and vaught would blame The Boys as OPM punches would obliterate homelander and they can't believe a non-vaught powered man could do it. The Boys would then go on looney toon like attempts to kill OPM, OPM thinking they're just trying to get good and practice on him. Realizing he's too strong they don't buy it when OPM says he's not a vaught child and trained to get his powers. Well frenchie guy might and think he's cool and try to do his training regiment. Butcher tries to blackmail him, discovers he isn't lying and isn't a vaught hero and convinces OPM to leave the USA by explaining there's not really many coupon deals or even universal healthcare and OPM would better enjoy southeast asia or back to Japan. But OPM finds a groupon for a flight to Mexico with all inclusive meals and goes there instead, killing cartels and supped up fire gods is still too easy for him but bootleg mexican vidya keep him content and besides the US sucks. Little does anyone know it was vaught that put that groupon there.

Im guessing that they would have an episode where they track him excessively because they dont buy that a hero like him is genuinely just doing it for fun.

I think it would be more like tailing him and realize he is the most fucking boring person ever when he is not fighting. Just doing very tedious things and picking his nose

He will be alright cause every interaction with the boys will end like when he interacts with Garlic. With Saitama knocking them out in a comedic way.

the last mention of super duper was when stillwell told butcher they were both being played by someone because he would've thought about sending super duper before the shitty team homelander sent to kickstart the war.
also, there at the end butcher was basically just killing those who either knew too much about his plan or those who could probably stop him. everyone else (including the rest of the boys) would just drop dead not knowing any better. so no i don't think he personally went after super duper anytime after the malchemical event

He literally spared the laser baby and Mesmer until the latter sold him out to Homelander and did the right thing by saving Ryan. He also teams up regularly with Kimiko and Starlight.
TV Billy almost certainly would not be against Saitama, probably even on his side if he fought the corrupt Supes.
Comic Billy would try to kill Saitama just for being a supe and fail miserably considering the ending of the comic.
