Jaune and Yang both managed to complete their character arc before the plot overshadowed them. I guess Yang's was kinda put on hold because of Raven but even still.
Blake's aborted arc pulled Yang into her orbit, not Yang.
Arguably Ren managed to have a character arc in V4, its just now that the plot is causing him to develop further.
Nora's arc was started and then unceremoniousy bopped on the back of the head.

Because of their masks and katanas, I thought for some time after V2, that Raven and Adam were related in some form. Like belonging to an elite clan of Asian-themed assassins or something. And that Neo ran away from Raven, because they were that dangerous and infamous in the underworld.
