This is the worst ship I’ve seen this comic put out. I feel nothing for either of these characters, and less for their flirting. I never thought I could be this disinterested in a lesbian romance where one of the parties was a robot and the other was mentally ill.

This is something that has kind of been bothering me: Brun’s family is supposed to be Libyan, and that’s why the other characters think she looks so “exotic,” right? I know nothing about Libya. Does she even look like a typical Libyan woman? I guess it kinda doesn’t matter, but it’s been bugging me, because it always felt like Jeph pulled that piece of background out of his ass totally at random.

The longer this mini-arc goes on, the more I wonder if Pepph is going to pull an Ishida and just kill off all male characters in his comic for the sake of soapbox turbofeminism. I remained convinced he's expressing his secret regret at having not been born a woman or lesbian by turning the comic into a barely-hidden supremacist tract.
I don't even disagree with this pairing, it's just boring and tailor-made for his fujoshi patrons at this point.

I'd agree with you if her hair down didn't look better. But yeah every fucking robot aside from the God AI seems to have that exact same haircut, or at least something similar. They all have bangs and a ponytail.

It's not okay when an identifiably male robot does it, only when an indentifiably female robot does it.
This isn't the first time Jeph's forgotten his own shitty rules for the sake of allowing a more favorable character to do something previously considered taboo, either.
