I like music, i like jazz music, the soundtrack and how they visualize the music seems cool and the cast/story looks comfy and bit maudlin.

Without knowing anything about this movie, I find it weird weird that it’s a jazz lookin’ brotha and it’s called Soul. If I see him eating chicken and waffles or any other soul food, I’m going to die of laughter.

I have mixed feelings. The newest trailer where they dont show him dying, but inspiring the children in music class looks like a better movie than I think it will actually be.

The reason no one talks about Onward anymore is because it was a thoroughly forgettable movie. I'm hoping that Soul is at least at the same quality as Inside Out.

Because is a Hollywood celebration. If japan had it’s own awards show most if not all of the winners would be Japanese.... is not that hard to comprehend. If you want Asian directors or Latino directors look for Asian and Latino movies from Asia and Latino America, stop expecting daddy Hollywood spoonfiding you world culture.
