Japan is a small as fuck country and everything is centralized around Tokyo so they can just hold all these cons there. America is not a small country and foreigners can't grasp this

Parody is protected under fair use, but case law in most states has developed to favor the IP holder more often than not. The indie artist in your hypothetical would face an extremely uphill battle to prove their work constitutes parody and almost certainly get buried in legal fees all the while. Coupled with how insanely litigious many major American companies are, it quickly becomes not worth it in the slightest to even try.

Because most western comic cons take place in the US and we all know Americans are allergic to porn while secretly consuming it like drugs. Plus, you don't want Karens to scream at them during the entire time for selling porn to kids or some shit.

Because most Western cartoons are marketed as being for small children. The ones that aren't usually don't have a drove of autistic fans that go to cons to talk about animation.
Try going to a furry convention, things are a bit different.

That's not what a parody is.
Japanese doujinshi artists are also technically breaking copyright laws with their works, but manage to get away with it because Japanese artists are much more sympathetic to that sort of thing. A lot of famous mangaka were originally doujinshi artists that got recognition from their fanart.
This is only more recently becoming a thing here in the West.

not really. more like fan activity. the doujin scene is seen as part of the industry. all are loosely connected to each other. porn con would be impossible in muttland even if it was all for free, because of sjws.

Basically because Manga is a much more profitable industry in japan. I might be wrong about some of this, but most publishing companies there really are just publishers, as opposed to DC and Marvel, which are now just print wings of WB or Disney. The creator keeps most of the rights to the work, and it's on them to pursue adaptations, rather than have their IP functionally become a piece of R&D for a movie studio. Because of this a lot of creators either don't have time to sue someone over a parody comic, or the porn parodies serve as a source of supplemental fans for the mangaka. Some coomer might discover your work though a porn parody, and then start reading your manga based off of how much he liked that, due to porn manga being essentially as popular as regular stuff. At least this was how felipe smith explained it on his Cartoonist Kayfabe interviews.
