Heres a better question: where did Vigilant Gaze get his new toga? Remember, he gave it to White Chain at the end of last chapter when she became human and naked. The last two pages of this comic show Best Boy with a full toga. He clearly didn't take his old one back from White Chain considering shes still wearing it, so where did the new one come from? Is this one of his powers? To be able to materialize brand new togas when the artist doesnt feel like drawing his entire (very detailed) body?
