Let’s settle this nonsense at once

Why should someone EVER learn Japanese before:
> German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Arabic or Indonesian.
Give me 3 real (practical) reasons, for example:
> in Japan there’s a higher chance for foreign students to access university or there’s a lot of companies hiring young workers in -x- domain
I feel everyone that learns Japanese es either a 50 years old boomer or a little weaboo..

Unless you are planning on living in japan there is no point in learning the language, if you plan on living there, there is many reasons to learn it.
Simple as

If you want to make a living in Japan or working for a Japanese company

It's just for fun, the only language you really need is English anyway.

it depends. the japanese have a lot of influence where i live, and that is a valid reason for me
if you had german business influence where you live, the smartest thing would be learning german

no reason, even the japanese books are better in english anyway

is there any reason left to learn a language if you are not into literature?
arent the europeans translating everything to english?

yeah, everything of value is translated to english anyway

If you want to have access to all major Asian faiths, japanese is one of the ways to go.

While being OP and criticizing casual Japanese learners I would say this is a-) fake and b-) the only plausible yet too niche reason to learn Japanese.

The only reason, aside from career reasons, that a monolingual English speaker would learn another language is to move to the country of said language and date a

With Japanese you can read Shinto, Mahayama Buddhist texts, Christian influence in Asia, Confuncianism and even some Hinduism

No one should learn anything other than English, the greatest language currently existing.

I guess that is why the Anglosphere got really a narrow view of the outside world

I don't want to wait for someone else to translate my hentai comics

this

The only reason to learn japanese is to access their coomer media.

For me learning a language is entertainment and a hobby. Something fun to do. I don't need to learn an additional language for my career or education.

Secondly, I'm not going to learn a language I'm not interested in, I already tried once with Swedish and was bored out of my skull and managed to learn a single sentence despite pouring hundreds of hours into Government Approved™ quality education.

Additionally, g*rmanic languages are for absolute philistines, I could learn Spanish or French but I wouldn't find much use or joy in them since they don't have the advantage of being interesting like Latin, nor do they open up a world of video games, comics and porn like Japanese

I'm not waiting two fucking year for content on Grand Order fuck that shit

>content

Wtf is that OP, creepy as fuck.
Who just takes pictures of sleeping schoolgirls?

The japanese

english doenst matter either, you fucking anglo bootlicker its a shit language. only use it to communicate with some foreigner. modern anglo entertainment is absolute trash. its either sjw garbage or chink pandering shit.
