Deppends, Bahia and Rio are full of actual blacks, the northeast has by far the higher number of blacks but most of them are mixed with other races (as it happens with other regions like the midwest for exemple). The region with the fewer number of whites is the north but people there are mostly of native descent, not african

Bahia is full of blacks. The rest of the northeast is mostly dark pardos. The south is lighter pardos and whites.

It's important to remind that the brazilian governament will classify lighskinned or white looking people as white, whathever they are mixed or not, so demographics are a bit flawed
