they first did an investigation for psychosis but it eventually landed in depression and schizophrenia

If its just stuff like depression you'll probably get diagnosed on the spot but for pd's and psychotic disorders it might take a few meetings.

Unironically its pretty average to have more than one mental illness, most of the people I met in the ward had at least 4, stuff all the way from depression and ocd to bipolar and schizoaffective disorder, mental stuff is usually genetic so and one mental illness usually attracts another, its a vicious cycle desu
