My hometown is now 60-65% non-white so I can tell you what that looks like. There is tons of crime, violent included. Many people are on drugs. The city itself is pretty much derelict and completely out of money. There are no jobs so nobody works and no one is happy. The few whites who still live there are mostly older and basically preyed upon. I would go into more detail but you get the idea. I’m not even racist nor do I want to be, but this is actually happened.

No but I’m talking about drugs like crack, heroin, etc. Boomers just smoke weed for the most part. However, opiates and benzos are also a problem and many of the people shooting heroin are working whites from the area who started on pills recreationally when they were young, not necessarily just older people getting addicted from a back injury.

I guarantee almost every major city center in the country will look exactly like that; crumbling, decades-old infrastructure, masses of abandoned small businesses, pristine chain store with armed guards, rapidly deteriorating low income housing, and a upper class neighborhood somewhat removed from the rest of this occupied by a minority of whites, asians, and the occasional upper-tier castizo family.
