2) both blue and white collar workers: engineers, technicians, construction workers, plumbers,..., not necessarily very smart or well informed but very good at their particular jobs, mostly reliable and valuable as a workforce. Once you talk to small business owners in Romania you realize how valuable these actually are for an economy.
