When I go out for a pizza I buy pizza bianca with alici and fiori di zucca like this.
When I go to a nice pizzeria I choose pizza bianca with red radish, gorgonzola, mozzarella and nuts. Delicious but very caloric

Two kinds of cheese minimum, mozzarella and parmesan.
Sausage (salami, pepperoni, chorizo) or prosciutto slices
Optional: oregano, pepper, chicken, other vegetables (not fried), sauces.
No fish, no fruits, no french fries
