Because marginal taxes are so high

but eastern europeans and south americans look hardworking.

>northern niggas be like yes I work 15 hours a week for 275€ a month but at least I'm not jobless

In Japan you waste hours doing some stupid shit. Germany is more efficient in that matter.

They are too poor to afford the free time

Why work hard when you can work smart? Notice all the retarded countries on the right

i don't understand what people like about that
i'd like to do all i had to do the fastest possible way and then get out

lol

for me, it's 10%

actually doing work

they include the northern europoors that take care of a cafe for 3 days a week and live in a rent controlled apartment with 3 other people

because we prefer not working to working
do you find this weird

Based and ordnungpilled. You have no idea how much I envy your work ethic.

Because we don't need to stay and do overtime even when there is nothing to do. That's stupid.

me too user but for some reason you have to scratch your balls for 2 hours when everything is done but you need to put in your 8 hours

Because most women work short hours.

It seems like they just don’t like to work honestly.

I used to work a job where I’d put in 75+ hour weeks pretty regularly and while I definitely did more actual work than the normal work day, there was obviously down time. Still, I didn’t really mind it. It was kind of enjoyable in a way actually because it makes you develop relationships with your coworkers and gives you a work environment that is almost normal in a day and age where most people have to walk on egg shells at work and can’t have relationships with anyone. Plus, I find working long hours isn’t hard as long as you’re coming home to something that makes it worth it.

>when there is nothing to do
This is the part that confuses people. There is always something to do.

This has to be BS. How do Americans, Canadians, and all those European countries and work more than Japs?

Thank god for our ordnungsautism and efficiency

No employer here wants to pay you to do some useless busywork. They'd rather just send you home.

>tfw work 2100 hours a year not including mandatory unpaid overtime
A-at least I get 9 days of vacation a year

I'm currently "working" from home. I unironically work at most 2h per day.

Depends on your job. Sometimes the faster you do things, the more things you get to do. Because your boomer boss or manager will think that you don't have enough work, so he'll give you more, until the point where you'll be overworked.

I know that pain, only I get 4 week paid vacation, two weeks of which is mandatory holiday which I don't get to choose when it is.

>unpaid overtime
You have to be fucking shitting me.

Feels good man
