And also as for private institutions in China, they are all very much indirectly under the control of the government, and they are also owned by Chinese nationals and not multinational corporations, private economy is just a method of making shit efficient, not relinquishing control.

All governments control private business to some degree. It doesn't change the fundamental economic system. China controls its private industry more than others, and it seems to be working for them. But private industry is only expanding as chinese economy diversifies, middle class expands and manufacturing becomes less important, so point stands regardless
