This was shitty propaganda when it came out. It doesn't even make any sense. Japan was an enemy of Germany in WW1, and why would Mexico lose Baja to Austria if they were neutral or if they joined Germany on account of the Zimmerman telegram? Why would Austria get so little, and why would it get a territory on the pacific coast? Why does Romania get anything and why doesn't Bulgaria get anything?
