I was really interested in it since I was in 5th grade and my whole family did some kind of sport. It‘s just that I‘ve realized that I can‘t sit through any class for more than 5 mins (I did Biology before switching), I start fidgeting and doing everything else but focusing on the lectures and when I imagine my future as a scientist, teacher or coach I just want to off myself, something is wrong with me tbhfam.

It’s worthless because in the United States you will probably still need to go to PT school or something so a bachelor’s alone in exercise science is essentially worthless as it leads to nothing on its own. I don’t know what I’d take. The only life science related majors here that seem to lead to employment are nursing and the engineering ones. I switched out of the life sciences as an undergrad for that reason. I don’t know how it works in your country.

You get used to it just like you get used to sitting in 6 hours of school. They do kids a disservice by only having 6 hours of school and usually even less of lectures in college imo. It makes the adjustment harder.

So why don’t you take a gap year or something. Look, you’re young. The only thing you really have on your side when you’re young is time. Why not use it?
