Haiti is not the poorest country in the world, but read its history

_*__*__

no point developing your agriculture if your property rights have to be bribed from officials

It's the black country which has been the furthest separated from white colonialism and influence.

What about Ethiopia?

niggers are greedy and corrupt when put in positions of power

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_occupation_of_Haiti
any non-white country that is touched by whites gets ruined.
if whites are so smart, why the fuck they just didnt stay inside europe, why did whites
whites are not smart, they just keep stealing, barbarians 2000 years ago, barbarians today.

>What about Ethiopia?
some italian influence from italianoccupation and colonialism and british influence.

The black country which has had the least contact with whites in recent history is haiti.

Haiti is the poorest country in the planet, there is literally no other.

literal apartheid racist south africa is richer.

Why did all places colonized by the French became absolute shitholes?

>Haiti was shit before, during, and after the US occupation
>Must be the US's fault

Botswana's relative lack of corruption puts many third world nations to shame.

_ _ _ _ _ _

1. Embargos
2. Debt to France
3. Uneducated workforce
4. Niggers

France forced haiti into loaning a tremendous debt that lasted centuries

it's the poorest country in the western hemisphere, but not the poorest country in the world
>there are countries in Africa that are richer than Haiti

blame the fr*nch

this

>incapable of building civilisation
>blames whitey to project
top kek. you will never be first world.

>The blacks killed all the white people and made sure america would be racist, jim crowe and kkk for 200 years because they were scared of giving slaves rights.
Wow thanks Haiti.

>>there are countries in Africa that are richer than Haiti
every country in africa is richer than haiti.

>Perú
>>incapable of building civilisation
Is this some sort of esoteric bait?

Despite the memes, Haiti was actually alright in the late 19th century. At least it was no worse off than any other Latin American country

US occupation+Duvalier dictatorship+earthquakes completely screwed it

Black people + Polish people chimping out simultaneously = chaotic combo

>Despite the memes, Haiti was actually alright in the late 19th century. At least it was no worse off than any other Latin American country
did they have any roads, telephones, t.vs, radios or any development?

Zig Forumstards know literally nothing about hour history, just ignore them.
>telephones, t.vs, radios
>19th century
american education... lmao

>telephones, t.vs, radios

It was at this time, 1876–1877, that a new invention called the telephone emerged. It is not easy to determine who the inventor was. Both Alexander Graham Bell and Elisha Gray submitted independent patent applications concerning telephones to the patent office in Washington on February 14, 1876.

Guglielmo Marconi
In the mid 1890s, building on techniques physicists were using to study electromagnetic waves, Guglielmo Marconi developed the first apparatus for long distance radio communication

There are currently no functioning railways in Haiti, and there have never been any rail connections with the neighbouring Dominican Republic. However, between 1876 and the 1970s, various tramways and railways ran in the country. A tram network operated in the capital, Port-au-Prince, between 1897 and 1932.[1] Three railway lines, along with some industrial lines, constituted the Haitian national rail network. The first horse drawn street tramway opened in 1876, with rural railways constructed later

virtually no one had phones back then and radio did not become a public technology until the 1900s.

post that picture of the haiti/dominican republic border

you know why :(

It was paying back independence debt to France since its independence until 1947 and apparently Duvalier pillaged the country's finances for his own gain. However, we have paid off some of their debts and they've had a lot of their other debts waived in the last few decades.
