And yeah it’s fucked up. Indian law defines rape as penetration from penis into vagina or anus *of a WOMAN*. Meaning that a male anus forcefully penetrated isn’t rape. Many MRAs have filed hundreds of petitions to simply remove the “of a woman” part to make it universally applicable. But those petitions are almost never heard by any court. Like not even a rejection. They’re like “We’ll hear it tomorrow” and then the next day you go to the court for the case listing and your case isn’t even listed.
