I live in a commieblock area that's unusually more comfy than your typical depressive ones. They're not too wide, only 4 floors tall, with lots of distance filled with greenery in between them. It's kind of like a suburb, no major streets in the area.

I lived in one for the first four years of my life. I remember it being very comfy. We've had this old guy in one of the next door apartments who I was really good friends with, and after each time it rained the two of us would take the elevator and go to the street to collect snails that came out because of the rain and then dump them at one place. Good times.

Yes, on the last (12th) floor, on the end of the hallway/building so heating expenses were ridiculous.
90m2, 2 balconies, 2 A/Cs, 2 bedrooms and a separate WC and toilet. It was ok apart from the somewhat flimsy construction.
