If I remember right light eyes are around 35-40 % in Northern most Italy and around 10-15 % in the most Southern shifted parts of Europe (what would be Calabria, Crete, Cyprus and Malta)
The rest of you should be somewhere inbetween these extremes

blue/green eyes aren't rare at all but brown is far far more common, probably 10:1 to 5:1 (north italy here)

honestly blue/green eyes have a cute look and all, but the couple girls i've met with pitch black eyes were far far more powerful
