First season is fun, not amazing but definitely fun and interesting. time. 2nd season starts out interesting and doesn't really go anywhere. 3rd season is fun but in a really forced way and it's a lot dumber than 1st season (not to say 1st season was really smart but it's a tight little story with just enough information and world building). overall eh? a lot of characters get flanderized or just get really boring because the child actors end up being not good at acting. there's a great performance in season 3 but his character is gone now. david harbour's character is fun until s3. winona ryder is batshit crazy and slowly becomes sane over the course of the show. idk overall 6/10

Not really. It's just blatant pandering to 80s nostalgia that borrows elements from already-established films and movies like The Goonies and The Thing. It's called a horror series but nothing in it actually horrifies or scares you. If you want a decent Netflix horror show check out Haunting of Hill House or Marianne
