The ending is so fucking terrible. I enjoyed the rest of the show a lot but the ending took a lot of my appreciation away.

Explain to me how the final scene adds anything to the story or themes other than a cheap twist. I'm not even mad about the last episode, the final confrontation is pretty kino, i'm talking about literally the last scene of the show.
