Yes. 17% for income below 85k PLN (around 20k EUR) and income above this level is taxed 32%.
We have a tax relief for IT but I heard IT companies are afraid of using it because our tax office's approach to it is very restrictive and there are issues with proving that your company qualifies for this relief
