So 10% of the pupils don't have the nationality, 20%, don't speak Dutch at home, in Ghent 50% of the children are of foreign background.
You can't extrapolate the 50% of a city to the rest of Flanders but it's safe to say you'll find at least another 10% of foreign background where they do indeed speak Dutch at home, so 1/3th seems very reasonable.
Brussels and Wallonia are even worse, so yeah Belgium is fucked.
