(。´・ω・)?

>Calarts

Adobe flash

Harmful effects of capitalism

CalArts happened

A popular animation school in the US that invented that blobby 2000s character look.

>Calarts

All art styles fallow dumb unoriginal trends. Something in the 2020s will change the style that feels fresh at first then gets unoriginal.

>A popular animation school
really? (;◎ω◎)!
that is the animation school of America?

>Something in the 2020s will change the style that feels fresh at first then gets unoriginal.
really? now is there such a Animation in America?

I like some of the american animation artstyle

live action

>really? (;◎ω◎)!
Why are Japanese people like this

lack of human interaction, being disconected from the real world

So was the 70s and 80s stuff, just cut costs in terms of the actual movement (i.e. the animation) instead of the designs.

I'd say the current sate of american cartoons is down to the god awful level of nepotism in the animation industy. Alot of the people in charge of developing these projects give all the positions of power to their friends, many of whom all went to the same univeristy (CalArts)

what's wrong?
(。´・ω・)?

some snobby art school that teaches you have to be creative by their rules

80's>90's>10's>70's

They still make good cartoons, but very, very rarely. Like, every blood moon.

That's just how trends work in general. Happens with anime too. Something popular comes along and changes the trend until that too becomes overdone, then the next trend comes along and the process repeats. This isn't a hard concept to understand.

>some snobby art school that teaches you have to be creative by their rules
hun, that is interesting.
maybe very different direction to Japan.

i think so too

that animation style is just very familiar to Japanese as a American animation.

yes, recently America took a huge influences of Japanese animation, and i can see a lot of Japanized animation of America.
i hope America will create more visible design animation.

Many people who drew in that style never even went to CalArts, it was a meme originally pushed by some child molester seething over The Iron Giant for whatever reason.

Based 80s

This is the influence of niggas reproduction

Look at very left man
Nigga

They started to draw their cartoons themselves on computer instead of by hand in Far Eastern animation factories

Meanwhile in France
