I do recommend it, it has more variety and I suspect there will be some new pics in the future, also revolutions have been redone and expanded and now it's pretty fun, not to mention graphics are way better

if id had a gaming pc id buy it for sure, but if you wanna max out graphics a laptop is gonna overheat in 10 min i guess? fav nation in aoe3?

Chuds seethe because they did some symbolic name changes like Age of Discovery -> Age of Exploration, but ultimately that's irrelevant and the game is great.

Mix of both, people are butthurt it isn't the exact same game with new graphics and also mad because civs are unbalanced and because of some bugs
Yeah the game is pretty heavy so you'd need a gamer PC for the whole experience. My fav civ is China, with the extra pop and the combination of it's cards, wonders and consulate you basically have infinite resources

haha yeah obsidian but they where stoneage but still like "high class" but still they didnt knew how to make any metal. i really wanna try it out. max players on highest difficulty and great plains and you litteraly have 3 hours of game

I think some of it is people expecting AoE II in the gunpowder age, when it isn't. It's also a little intense on the PC.
