Helsinki or Turku. Those are the only cities where Finnish women actually care about their appearance even somewhat. In most places here they think "it's not my job to try and look attractive for men", and so they'll maybe stay fit until like 25yo but that's it. No I'm saying it's a stupid way of thinking because in today's world a country that has lower birth rates and lower average family sizes is obviously going to have better resources and overall outcomes for those individual children. you can't even compare that to somewhere like Pakistan where people are averaging like 6 kids a family.

Tampere is pretty liberal too, but the women are ugly. They are conversely very easy too, so you can maybe use them as some sort of last resort if all else fails. And Oulu is worst of both worlds. Unless you get lucky and score a newly apostatized Laestadian cultist, the women there are both ugly and hard to get.
And I guess I'll mention Kuopio too, I wouldn't recommend going there as it's one of the more racist bigger cities and also one of the few places where the fingol meme is somewhat true.
