Brazil banned high buildings, till this day many brazilian cities prohibit and fine buildings that pass a certain height, like +150 m or +200m.
That changed not so long ago and that building he showed is extremely recent, was finished this year.

Not sure how to feel. Stripe pattern kinda hurts my eyes, and the staggered side makes it look like a Minecraft building.
