You need more varied core exercises than just one thing, and you also have to be cutting if you want to effectively reduce bodyfat.

You need cardio
Start running
Or biking
Or swimming
I prefer the latter, it's a lot of fun and easy to improve at even though covid kinda cucked me out of it for the whole year

Experiment with fasting

I like biking but apparently it doesn't do much for belly fat?

Nope mate, you'll need to do more exercises

you need to eat a lot and then your organism will digest everything instead of putting up fat

>100 sit ups a day
you won't even manage a single day

Weight loss is more influenced by diet than exercise

Pushups are better in my experience.
But if you really want to lose weight just eat a lot less than you're putting out, it's not rocket science.

Just dont eat

Get a tape worm, then you can eat whatever you want.

It's only 10:44 am here and I already ate 2 large bowls of chocolate cornflakes

Cardio+eating less is good for weight loss,?

Starving yourself is the fastest way to lose weight.

I started doing 100 pushups every day but it didn't make me any more muscular or my shoulders wider or anything, now my arms are just really veiny and kind of bulging in places they didn't before

no, just run faggot

belly fat is fat around your organs, its the easiest fat to get but also the easiest to get rid off. a simple change in diet can be enough.

I've been on a low carb diet for almost half a year now, while riding an exercise bike three times a week for an hour. Had very good results so far, but since I haven't weighed myself in over 20 years, I don't know exactly how much I've lost already. All I know is that I can buckle my belt tighter by 6 holes or so and that my clothing is becoming more and more loose. If I keep going for another year, which I intend to, then I'll probably have to have surgery for removing the excessive skin.

Cardio + counting calories works wonders for weight loss
I dropped 30 pounds in one year just swimming 1 hour 3x a week and carefully counting

Be careful not to fall off the train though because you can easily gain all that weight back in just as long

You should also do squats.
The thighs are big muscles.
So, if you train this area, your basal metabolism will increase and you will lose weight faster.
I combine running with strength training.

Weight loss happens through caloric deficit not through exercising. exercising is good for your health but it won't make you lose weight if you eat a lot. if you want to lose weight you lose it by going on a diet where you calculate your caloric intake and make sure you don't go over a certain amount.

And before you ask, no, you can't target certain bodyparts with weight loss this is a myth that companies use to sell weight loss products and it's impossible to do.

I can do sit ups for hours, usually stop because I'm bored or because my lower back start to hurt in stead of because I'm tired
Push ups are much harder, can only do maybe 20 of those before my arms start to hurt
The plank also feels like it does much more than sit ups
pull ups are maybe the hardest thing but I've heard those don't really do much

i heard planking is best for abs :).

No
You cant burn off fat in localised areas

Are you a girl

Whoa thanks lad.

I gained 20 pounds since February

No.
You can't lose weight on a particular part of the body. You can just lose weight in general.

>If I do 100 sit ups a day for a month will my belly fat go away
That not how it work user. You need morning ROUTINE and do this every day.

50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
5 Km run.

For beginner.
This

I had this morning routine. 2x 25 push-ups, 40-50 squats, 2x 2+min plank, some back exercises.
Worked wonders, but I quit.
I think I'll start doing it again from today.
