End

fpbp.

Also, release the OT without alterations.

Yep

you dont watch anything else. mayne in a year or 2 you watch "the Mandalorian" but nothing else.

They should spend another 300million dollars on a film about, get this, a BLACK TRANS JEDI.
guaranteed 4 billion return.

Have Rey walk around barefoot and borderline naked the entire next film.

haha penis LOL XD

Honestly a better fate for Luke than what he ended up getting.

Absolutely nothing. Things we're so much better before the sequels

Tiddy comedy centering around college-age padawans working for Jocasta-Nu in the library. Written and directed by Eric Andre.

Well, they should do more stuff like the Mandolorian just make good/fun action movies set in the Star Wars universe and stop ruining the old films.
With the exception of Empire every single Star Wars movie has been detrimental to the 'lore' of the previous films.
Honestly I get why Disney wanted to buy the brand (to sell the fucking toys) but the universe is kinda played out at this point at least for movies.
Like I don't care about watching a thousand CGI jedi fighting eachother with candy colored lightsabers. The first two (three? IDK I like Jedi a lot but it's not on par with the first two) were legendary because they just tell amazing stories that happen to be set a long time ago in a galaxy far far away while all the other films have been trying to make films centered on the galaxy far far away.
Dont get me wrong I love Stormtroopers, and jedi, and stardestroyers and everything but I only like them because they were presented as part of an engaging story.
Having a movie explain why Darth Vader is in a suit is not exciting for me if that's the main focus.
I think Disney realizes this and I expect future Star Wars films to be...just films that happen to have Stormtroopers and Ewoks in them and NOT a movie explaining WHY Chewbaca carries a bunch of ammunition that does nothing or who built the Millenium Falcon or whatever they're trying to do.
If I was in charge the next film would be a buddy cop movie about some fat bumbling empire captain who has to take down some bounty hunter in the outer rim and gets paired with a quick witted but naive young man. Together they learn about how to work together and in the end they realize the empire was the one smuggling the drugs in the first place. Or something like that IDK im not much or a write just leave EVERY established character out of it and it'll probably end up OK.
Also Star Wars is one of if not the greatest action movie ever made, absolutely legendary. Empire is a flawless film 10/10 and the rest are

Have actual wars between star systems, instead of MUH FORCE faggotry

Decent sci-fi? Disney will never allow it.

They need to retire the empire / rebel shit its way too played out and seeing stormtroopers in the Mandalorian made me groan.

Just have things take place in the outer rim or after the shitty sequel trilogy.

Keanu Reeves as Darth Revan in a new epic

I: Revan fights in the mandolorian wars, gets his helmet and the film ends with his confrontation with the emperor
II: Revan falls and is trained as a Sith, the emperor ammases his army while the Jedi search for the missing Revan. Movie ends with an epic space battle and alludes to the construction of Star Forge
III: The big war film, big stupid fights, the Jedi learn of Star Forge and the film ends on a dark note like all hope is lost. Revan is too powerful
IV: Movie opens with Malek betraying Revan who then turns back to the light. Movie ends with Revan defeating Malek and destroying Star Forge
V: The war is over and Revan retires but the Jedi search for the Emperor who is found but
they are ultimately destroyed. Ends with Revan getting a message at home and he puts his mask back on
VI: Revan destroys the Emperor but in the end is destroyed himself.

These don't necessarily need to be stand alone movies and I probably fucked some of the lore up as well but there's a unique and interesting story to be told about Revan without repeating from the older movies and still being Star Wars lightsaber bullshit

Raunchy buddy comedy.

How about some of the old Dark Horse comics? The new cinematic universe just showed everyone what had become of the Sith homeworld, so seeing what it was like several thousand years ago could be cool. Dark artifacts and backpack-powered lightsabers and such.

A Christmas special.

>Revan fights the Mando
Isn't revan dead like thousand years before the mandolorian?

Gritty band of brothers esque war miniseries about the Imperials fighting the Rebels from the perspective of a group of newly recruited stormtroopers. No jedi/sith or force shit whatsoever.

The mandolorian wars are something else
Basically all those badasses though they could take over the galaxy but got curb-stomped by the Jedi during the old republic.
They were formidable enemies and killed a shit load of people so when Revan watched his friends die he took it personal and put on one of their masks swearing to not take it off until they were all destroyed.
later he turned to the dark side and started the whole 'evil sith lord wears a mask to be more evil' thing but it was because of how much he hates mandolorians (at least I think. Im really not a huge star wars nerd but this was all in the Knights of the Old Republic)
Basically Mando is a member of a badass race of people who's armor can resist lightsabers and almost took over the galaxy but got fucked by Revan and the other Jedi.
Boba Fetts another Mandolorian, they're p.cool

I would love a serie in which every episode is a documentary about a race in the galaxy or “a day in the life of the jedi/sith/clone” with a british narrator and calm background music

I love Star Wars, but all I really wanted with the final trilogy was just to see what the galaxy was like after the originals. The Galactic Civil War is really the climax of the whole franchise, and all I really want to know is the before, during, and after of that war. Sadly the new trilogy kinda just rehashed the OT and added nothing in terms of worldbuilding which is sad because worldbuilding is what Star Wars really has going for it. The prequels have a distinct style which kind of reminds me of Flash Gordon while the originals have that cool industrial WWII aesthetic, but the sequels just copy the OT's look and so feel less like a continuation and more of a spin off.

What about a couple young jedi get lost on the outer rim. They land in the planet where magic is real. A star wars Harry Potter crossover.

came here to post this

Star Wars is literally already science fiction with literal magic mixed in.

>End
Already happened in 1983.

That..... is an oddly interesting idea.

Franchise the fuck of it. Lego, Icecream, cartoons, T-shirts, cheap tv shows... oh wait

Retire

Nah, I have the OT on DVD without alterations but they fucking gimped it. stereo sound and black bars. Give us the OT with surround sound and a decent aspect ratio.
