It seems very unlikely that Avatar can work in live action. Even the creators have now bailed on the Netflix remake. How would you handle it? Besides cancelling it.

Disregard the main story, build it up as an world building anthology that leads up to Aang's awakening. Lots of little parts of the episodes then interlink or foreshadow what is going to come. Express the cultural and ideological differences between the countries but telling small concise stories. That way you can have your action and romance but also give some food to the fans that are invested. Something akin to what KOTOR did for Star Wars

That's an edit, but Azula's boobs are pretty big. She's either in armor or baggy robes most of the time, and in the first part of the beach episode the top of her bikini were practically bindings.

According to the production crew, the swimsuits in the beach episode were more naughty than the final product. Maybe their vision can be fully realized in the netflix verison.

Probably not, that sort of thing happens all the time with cartoons so they can get away with the scenes or designs they actually want.

Too much virtue-signalling, and force-diversity (outside the realm of reason) Netflix is just a platform for Fags, Nigs, and Trannies....they could NEVER tell a cohesive story without spoon-feeding some SJW shite in it.

First you’d have to make the tone more serious, because a lot of the humor of the show was excusable because it was a cartoon and doing a live action show makes those moments impossible. Also you’d have to stick as close to the source material as possible because the fans will crucify you if you don’t (no shoehorning blacks in to be “diverse”, no making gay characters, no bullshit). Lastly, you’d have remove and add a lot of stuff that won’t work as live action. This is where you need a master of film making which I doubt netflix possess.

tl;dr: it is almost impossible to make a great AtLA live action remake because the source material is nigh perfect so there is no need, the original creators dropped out and netflix is so pozzd that they will make needless changes like adding weird races into the mix/adding fag characters. It’s doomed
