Probably Tilda Swinton. While I don't think she's necessarily sexually attractive, her appearance is very pleasing to me and I can't think of a movie I've seen with her in it where I thought she was less than excellent. Julianne Moore is pretty good too, and I need to see more of Hayley Atwell's work but I always enjoy her performances.
