It looks like it will be a confusing mess like Inception.

Me.
.eM

It's only confusing if you were born with a leaky brain.

Will be shit for normalfag brainlets, like Inception.

Inversion is a way simpler concept than Inception. Besides I'm getting more Dark Knight vibes from this than Inception vibes (seen the first 5min prologue).

Prologue looked like typical Nolanshit. Inception was simple too. The problem is that 50% of the film is explaining the plot and plot mechanism. This will be Tenet too. You can see that there will be exposition spouting characters and man in suits listening to this exposition + some badly choreographed action scenes.

I honestly think not, i mean Inversion is pretty self-explanatory, one guy goes forwards the other guy goes backwards in time, the action is self-explanatory. Hence the line "Don't try to understand it... Feel It." Inception had much more rules to how the dream worked, i think Tenet will just be like a regular action movie with motherfuckers fighting backwards and no need to explain anything. Nolan has learned his lesson since inception, Dunkirk didn't explain shit. You just got it.

Why does Nolan love having medical devices prominently displayed in his action movies? Is it to make us think about death?

i agree but dunkirk was pretty shit
interstellar was his last good hit

Inception literally could not have been a simpler concept, and Nolan still managed to wring at least 20 minutes of contrived expository dialogue out of the idea.

His oldest brother was arrested for being a paid assassin, so he's got that whole utilitarian trauma about the tools his action heroes use.

I wonder if itll be worse than interstellar. that would take some effort.

The action seems crisper this time around. youtube.com/watch?v=-zYsKHtEHsg

Interstellar had plenty of exposition. Dunkirk couldn't even have that much exposition. In trailer there is some woman explaining that the bullets are going backwards or some shit. She will be exposition device.

how was Inception confusing?

why does he wear the mask?

Fuck up, normies found it confusing

Yeah but what if it's like 10min of exposition and 140min of action? Every movie has exposition. Are you fucking retarded?

>risking getting covid-19 to watch a nig
no thanks

Says the dumb amerifat cunt who's getting the movie one month later than everyone else cause he felt the masks took away "MUH-FREEDOM"

cringe

The action scenes will suck

Inverted Carbon Dioxide Tank, so he doesn't choke exhaling inverted Oxygen.

Don't try to understand it... Feel it.

I never said that it will have 10 minutes of exposition, that was one example. It will be literally the same as Inception with huge chunk of spoonfeeding to the audience. Doesn't matter if inversion is simpler than Inception (which was a simple film), Nolan always overstuffs his "high concept" films with exposition. Of course now he is working with spy genre so that will be the excuse to cover his ass. Also Nolan's action is mostly mediocre.

Based health poster

Yeah but the music, the explosions (which are part of the action mind you), the cinematography, the sci-fi concept and the existential nightmare our character finds himself in will be exhilarating.

>music
Yes, hopefully not the same Zimmer bullshit
>cinematography
All of his later films have the same color palette, he is colorblind, will look the same as always.

>inception
>confusing
This is bait and I fell for it. Here's your (you).

Don't you think Nolan is aware how much exposition sucks. Inception was a bold attempt. and for most it worked. This seems like a neater simpler idea which has the exposition down to a minimum. It will be 70minutes of action. Then 70minutes of same action going backwards, it's visually understandable whereas Inception and Interstellar had to be explained, it's also shorter than both Inception and Interstellar with More Action.

You already know it’s going to be structured just like inception. Robert Pattinson will be to John David Washington what Cobb was to ariadne

Being simple has nothing to do with it. This will be like Inception in as far as starting with a great premise full of possibilities and doing nothing interesting with it at all.

Based on how much useless exposition he puts into his films to pander to general audience, no i don't think he is aware of how much it sucks. We will see i guess. I don't like his newer films.

>everyone in Australia gets to watch it real soon except my fucked up state
Feels bad man

Could Tenent defeat King Crimson?

i'm a slav

I bet Tenet will deal with determinism and how going backwards doesn't allow you to change the past only to do what was predetermined. And much like inception, Changing the past is something you can't really do. Like a train going on tracks, if it decides to go backwards it can't switch tracks it can only use the track that it's was using before.

And inception starts with characters using Extraction. A method to steal information, and Inception is the impossibility they strive to reach throughout it. And within it, they play with the effects of gravity, time and identity, because dreams arent what they look like but how they feel, the realer they feel the better cause you never dream something amazing do you, it's always your mind convincing you of realism. If that's not interesting to you eat shit.
