The main theme of this show is about race, but it's not overly done in a way that stresses viewers out. I even felt like I've learned something throughout the show, about history and pain that African American people went through. The story is quite interesting and is told in a reasonably structured way while making sure that all the details have its purpose. It does feel a little bit rushed towards the end, but not terribly. Acting was great too, definitely a must watch.

Hahahahaha, no. It’s not even a good story if you take the watchmen brand out of it. I watched every episode and it’s like most shit that Lindelof does, he builds a cool world with some interesting characters and it goes nowhere. Except this time the ending is just awful. The last two episodes are almost unwatchable and the writing is schlock.

It's very strange in that while it pays very close homage to the source material, it also completely misses the point of the graphic novel itself. The whole show is "wow cool superheroes". They even have a Rorschach character who behaves EXACTLY like Rorschach but is also unequivocally a good guy this time.
