It could've done with only slightly less Brian Griffin-tier character writing.
What a shame. It was pretty much doomed from the start.
It honestly was not very good and is only held in high regard by contrarians because it was broadcast late at night on Comedy Central when many of our contrarians were budding youngsters watching secret late night television, thinking it was special programming and not just garbage to fill time
It had great writing, perfect gen x zeitgeist, quality animation, and timeless themes even 20 years later.
You’re the contrarian
this post is so kafkaesque
One of the most kino cartoons of all time. Shame it lasted only 1 season
BLING BLONG!!!
woah... crazy thread huh?
......you werent expecting me to not say penis were you
This show broadcasted the very first man on man kiss on television. The show runners have a pitch for a sequel that would focus on Wally and Gus
>shame it lasted only 1 season
they didn't even really get to finish the season before it got canned
SHE DOESN'T CARE
WHETHER OR NOT HE'S AN ISLAND
This isn’t funny.
this show was Gen X in pure distilled form, no wonder millennials hate it, they can't connect with the bohemian aesthetic
SHE DOESN'T CARE JUST AS LONG AS HIS SHIP'S COMIN' IN
>alright here it comes, here it comes
Plus it just isn’t very good.
no no, millennials are the ones looking up to it. it's gen z that can't cope
They laugh, they make money

Mission Hill
Then you should kill yourself after your first season.
They're kirai-pantsu.
I still really like the intro youtube.com
Undergrads was better and had a really weird ending...
mission hill is such a weird fucking show
it literally was out of place and odd when it aired but people generally behave like them starting around 2010s
Penis
was posey cute bros?
Not really. It was a good representation of early Hipsters from the late 90s. I guess hipsters became a more mainstream thing later, but they were around when the show aired. The show perfectly captured the bohemian attitude of Wicker Park, Chicago in the 90s.
>t. native Chicagoan
they were around but it didn't reach peak obnoxiousness for a while
