Certainly not Biden, and Trump is either doing drastically less campaigning than in 2016 or it's being stifled by mainstream and social media. I don't know how anyone can accurately and confidently gauge which party has more enthusiasm.

Television is just a barren desert of absolute trash these days, film at the very least has a lot of of independent work going on but television lacks any of the artistic creativity that made it an interesting format these days.
