What's your opinion about the Missing 411 documentaries? Personally I think the whole Missing 411 is intriguing, but ultimately flawed.
Frankly put, Paulides is drinking his own cool aid too much and many things he considers mysterious are just just bizzare interpretations of normal phenomena. Or worse, he engages in misinformation.
You know, there's nothing mysterious about people going missing in places with berries and bushes or near bodies of water. No shit there are berry bushes in national parks. No shit bodies of water are easy to get lost around - fall in and you're done.
Or like he emphasises bad weather after some disappearances. No shit, bad weather happens, it makes any search efforts much harder and the person ends up not being found. Years later Paulides looks at the case and reverses the cause and effect relation.
Or search dogs. He considers them flawless instruments of sniff-'n'-search, but any dog handler tells you they're not fully reliable and serve auxiliary role in searches.
Or people being found where others already searched. The wilderness isn't a football field, it's easy to overlook someone lying under shrubbery. And lost people move and can end up somewhere previously searched.
>shits on Dave Paulides >links leddit pretty sure you're that sperg from the other thread. What's your endgame here?
Wyatt James
nobody's ever watched any of these because they're all paywalled. the only people who make threads about it are the creator himself
Dominic Flores
Showing that Paulides interprets common things in bizzare manner and often omits information to make things seem mysterious.
Don't worry, bucko, worrying about interdimensional bigfoot will still help you out there, after all, being ready for bullshit still makes you ready for real dangers.
James Green
They used to be uploaded on Bitchute. Seem to be down now though.
Jace Reyes
Which 411 books have you read?
Connor Stewart
>You know, there's nothing mysterious about people going missing in places with berries and bushes or near bodies of water. No shit there are berry bushes in national parks. No shit bodies of water are easy to get lost around - fall in and you're done. There seems to be a pattern: people disappear in clusters where black bears are present, but also quarts is common, and I guess some higher than normal levels of 'radiation'. Also, many of the disappeared are of Germany-American ancestry. It's weird because people don't just 'fall' into a stream. Most people know that you aren't supposed to get into the water, and most rivers, streams, and lakes are icy cold from snow melt. Like you said, it's interesting, but it's only a coincidence.
>Or people being found where others already searched. >And lost people move and can end up somewhere previously searched. I guess apex predators play with the dead bodies and move them around or something. But often times, there are no signs of bite marks from predatory animals on the dead bodies. No crushed bones, no torn up clothes. In a few cases, the missing person's clothing was found neatly folded. Creepy stuff, indeed.
Jordan Campbell
The ones's shared on /x/ long ago. Where do you think the berry blurb is from?
Jaxson Cook
Correct me if I'm wrong but for all of these cases isn't Pauldies essentially saying it's Bigfoot except without explicitly stating that because he knows it would throw damage his credibility? If so it's honestly a pretty savvy business decision because I really doubt he would have been able to make such a career out of this if he could just be easily written off as another bigfoot guy.
Gavin Davis
So why did Paulides lie about the Green Berets at the Dennis Martin search?
Jason Brown
Youre starting arguments and trying to prove and disprove shit in a conversation with yourself. You created a strawman to debate Paulides, who doesnt know you exist, on Zig Forums. And apparently its not the first time Youre a literal schizo
Juan Garcia
There are a couple dozen cases in the books that are truly, truly bizarre like the bow hunter in British Columbia who knew he was being watched by people. Most of them are just benign though and sound like the result of standard shitty missing persons protocals on federal lands.
t. Work for the forest service and have personally seen a missing persons case get mishandled and forgotten
Jacob Myers
Yep, he's been surfing the native american mythical creature wave for a while.
Jace Gonzalez
Why are you so angry? It's because I don't think the world is a magical place full of mysteries? Like you say, this is a meaningless Zig Forums thread. Just hide it if you can't handle seeing Paulides's lies counted.
Kayden Moore
This guy on Rogan would be a hella frickin epic podcast
David Gonzalez
Most people dont intend to fall into a stream but it happens anyways dude.
Noah Diaz
I've heard he's notoriously hard to get for interviews
Michael Davis
>Paulides is drinking his own cool aid There are volumes of cases over decades; the film is the Reddit digestible chunk to peak your interest. See more of the focused interviews or read the source materials themselves
Lincoln Howard
To sell books about it.
Easton Gomez
Seeing the cases he presented in the second movie, I think it's pretty clear he thinks it's some sort of intelligent predator, possibly with cloaking technology, considering the last case in the movie.
This leaves it open for various believers to project their own interpretations onto it - Bigfoot, aliens, government experiments etc.
Paulides himself might think Bigfoot, considering he wrote about it extensively before (e.g. a book calledTribal Bigfoot).
Elijah Martinez
everything you say is true. his arguments are bizarre and poorly thought out. nothing he says is persuasive. he reminds me of Homer Simpson buying the anti-tiger rock. Paulides is a moron. but, here is my counterpoint: you are from reddit
Mason Cooper
So then you know the cases that he writes about are chosen because they fall outside the realm of conventional scenarios involving missing persons. Some of the cases are more compelling than others, but to handwave away mountains of cases because you think "interdimensional bigfoot" is the logical conclusion of the sum of the evidence, well, bucko I just don't know what to tell you.
Thats more schizo behavior. You think people are out to get you. Just read some of your posts, specifically this , and ask yourself:
>why did i post all that shit? >did anyone ask about it? does anyone care about my opinion? will it ever affect Paulides? >why do i FLIP OUT any time I receive i slight amount of critiscism? >why am i concerned about someone vast conspiracy against me that no one else is aware of?
Youre displaying some legit signs of mental illness, and that shit usually doesnt get better on its own
Asher Lewis
So why did Paulides lie about the Green Berets at the Dennis Martin search?
Jackson Watson
Maybe I have the wrong opinion, but I've only seen the most recent one and didn't like it. I don't give a fuck about the missing guy's family talking about how good he was before he went missing. I really thought it was going to be some crazy unsolved mysteries style movie. Maybe the older one is better? But I ain't paying to watch.
Evan Campbell
Ask yourself:
>Will daddy Paulides ever acknowledge me? >Will daddy Bigfoot show himself to me?
:-)
Carson Lee
Dont know why, or even if he did. I dont know Paulides or care. It doesnt affect me. I dont know any of the missing people or their families.
Are you ok? Be honest. Schizos are usually very scared and agitated. People arent out to get you, theyre usually worried about your erratic behavior.
Andrew Morgan
Thats more schizo talk. You think theres some massive cabal working against you. I dont know Paulides, want to know him, I dont even watch the shit youre talking about. Im literally a completely impartial person who is observing literal signs of mental illness manifest itself on Zig Forums for SOME reason, where a schizo is yelling at strangers about bigfoot and some guy he doesnt know
Aiden Butler
I think Hulu had the one where it's focused on kids disappearing. Watched about 90% of it and from what I recall most of it could be explained by "little kids wander off and die in the woods if you're not keeping your eye on them." Nothing particularly creepy except for the main case where it seemed like the kid's granddad or the granddad's pedo friend killed him. Was pretty disappointed since I've wanted to read the books for a long time.
Daniel Campbell
Why are you seething so much, samefag? Just get the damn personal locator beacon. Even Paulie agrees.
Robert Bell
>Nothing particularly creepy except for the main case where it seemed like the kid's granddad or the granddad's pedo friend killed him.
The friend isn't pedo, his older crime was a domestic assault against an adult woman. In fact the police says he's the only one who kept his story the same.
The parents are much more suspicious in my opinion.
Adam Sanchez
It's undeniably strange and anyone who pulls out le bigfoot memes to discredit these bizarre disappearances is the worst kind of weak-minded positivist.
Levi Lewis
>what are torrents
Angel Campbell
So what's your guess to the identity of the Paulidesian hunter?
Justin Brooks
Hey man at first i enjoyed these threads but its clear you're shilling this is the 2nd thread that I have seen today here with that exact same text fuck off already.
Gabriel Hernandez
>samefag I never pretended to be different people. Sort of sounds like something a schizo would be worried about, huh?
Again, I dont know who Paulides is or watch the shit you spazzing out about. Just consider getting help. Also, "Paulie" doesnt know who you are, and there isnt a group working against you. Its OK man. Relax
Symptoms of schizophrenia: >Delusions, which are firmly held beliefs not supported by objective facts (e.g., paranoia - irrational fears that others are “out to get you” or believing that the television, radio, or internet are broadcasting special messages that require some response >believing that the television, radio, or internet are broadcasting special messages that require some response >require some response
Now look at
Ian Sullivan
Right, I vaguely remember one if the interviews with the father and the mother's friend getting weird allof a sudden. Been awhile since I watched it and even then I don't think I was able to finish the whole thing. But yeah, there wasn't anything especially creepy about the cases I saw up to the point I had to stop. From the rest of the thread, I take it the 2019 movie is more of the same in this regard.
